My contribution

I served as frontend team lead, leading the team that built a B2B digital agency-banking platform.

Led the team building the platform, which processed over $2M in transactions within its first three months.
Built reusable React components and custom hooks that eliminated unnecessary re-renders, improving performance by 26%.
Delivered an administrative platform on React/Node.js that strengthened platform security.
Improved Agile/Scrum delivery collaboration, achieving a 5x improvement in project-manager performance reviews.
